    A traditional vanilla buttermilk cake with a hint of chocolate, Topped with cream cheese frosting.

    Made with real carrots, walnuts and mixed spice. Topped with vanilla buttercream or cream cheese frosting 

     

    BANANA 

    A moist sponge made with fresh ripe bananas and a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon

     

    COOKIES AND CREAM

    A classic vanilla sponge cake baked with crushed oreos, topped with vanilla buttercream and crushed oreos.

     

    SALTED CARAMEL

    A rich caramel sponge layered with salted caramel sauce and buttercream

     

    RICH COCONUT

    A fluffy sponge baked with the finest desiccated coconut and filled with buttercream

     

    TRIPLE CHOCOLATE

    A rich moist chocolate sponge smothered in chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache

     

    LEMON

    A zesty, lemon sponge layered with lemon curd topped with buttercream frosting
