PAYMENT POLICY

A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to secure any order. The remaining balance is to be paid a week before the due date. Two weeks for wedding cakes.

Prices are determined on the design and size of the cake and quoted individually. The total price payable is the final price on the invoice

​

Your order is not secure without a deposit and no dates are held despite any previous discussions.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery and set up at the venue is necessary for all wedding cakes above 3 tiers. There is a standard price of £35 which includes the decoration of the cake table. An extra charge may be applicable depending on distance.

It is the venue's responsibility to provide the table and table cloth (unless discussed otherwise at consultation). It is the client's responsibility to return the items within 2 weeks of the wedding.

Delivery for any other cakes is possible and the price is determined by location

CANCELLATION POLICY

The 50% deposit is non-refundable at any time. This is due to the preparation of work that would have begun and loss of business we may have had to turn down.

​

You can cancel the cake no less than 7 days before the due date, 6 weeks for wedding cakes.
